We translate your requirements into a formal, detailed product specification document that is both technically complete and clearly understood by Chinese manufacturers.

• Dimensional Specifications: Precise drawings and dimensions with tolerances defined for every critical measurement.
• Material Specifications: Exact material grades, standards references and approved substitutes for all components.
• Performance Standards: Defined performance requirements with test methods, acceptance criteria and rejection thresholds.
• Finish and Appearance: Detailed colour, finish, texture and appearance requirements with objective assessment criteria.

We translate the full specification into Chinese technical documentation appropriate for factory production use - not just a word-for-word translation, but a document that Chinese engineers will actually understand.

• Technical Chinese: Specifications written in correct Chinese technical terminology, not general language translation.
• Drawing Adaptation: Convert drawing formats and standards into GB (Chinese national standards) format where required.
• Supplier Clarification: Manage any technical questions from the supplier's engineering team during production setup.

We coordinate the production of initial samples, review them against specification and manage revision cycles until an approved pre-production sample is achieved.

Once the product meets specification, we formalise the approved sample as the production standard - protecting you if subsequent production deviates from agreed quality.

• Approval Documentation: Issue formal written product approval referencing the approved sample and specification version.
• Retained Sample Set: Maintain a set of approved samples held by us, by you and by the supplier as the binding production reference.
• Specification Locking: Issue a final locked specification version to prevent unauthorised supplier-side changes.
